Where It All Began

It all started with David and Jatuan Williams, who chose to raise their nine children on the principles of God's unconditional love. The Williams Way Foundation was created from the experiences, values, and lessons of a large family that understood both struggle and love; a family that strives to live by the example of Jesus Christ through service, compassion, and unconditional love for others.

We were not an ordinary family. We were raised extremely close, living by the principle of "all for one and one for all." Our parents instilled in us the importance of family, faith, hard work, and caring for others. Growing up, we experienced both the blessings of togetherness and the challenges that come with life. We learned early on that love is not just a feeling, it is an action, showing up for people when they need you most, even when it is not convenient.

Our mother, Jatuan Williams, was and is the heartbeat of our family. She was the kind of woman who would give her last to make sure someone else had enough. She cooked for neighbors, opened her home to those in need, and never turned anyone away. She taught us that service is not something you do when it is easy, it is something you do because it is love. Every day we woke up, our mother reminded us that we're not just living for ourselves, but for the benefit of others. Her love is unconditional, and her example shaped every one of us.

Our father, David Williams, was and is a man of strength, discipline, and faith. He worked hard to provide for our family and never allowed us to make excuses. He taught us accountability, perseverance, hard work, and the value of doing things the right way. He believed in us even when we did not believe in ourselves. His encouragement gave us a foundation that we carry with us to this day.
